Since 2007, we provide an excellent platform for people to learn swimming easily. Through our platform they can get quality and certified swimming instructors at reasonable fee.

Till now, we have assisted more than 250 swimming instructors to succeed in their career without hassle. With daily increasing rate of around 30 new students, we have also helped more than 10,000 students equip with swimming skill from a certified swimming instructor like you.

 

How does this work?

  • When someone register, we will shortlist a few suitable swimming instructor and alert them via SMS.
  • You may reply to that SMS if you are available to take the assignment. Do inform us as well if you are unavailable.
  • For every successful registration, the student will pay 100% of the first month’s fee before the lesson starts to Happy Fish Swim School to confirm their slot. It is also act as referral fee to our school. In the event that if the student pays the instructor cash directly for the first month, the instructor should make a transfer to our bank account: Either to DBS Current 054-902059-1 or UOB current 388-300-084-4
  • For subsequent months, all fees will be paid directly to instructor in cash from students. The instructor will be responsible for the necessary collection of payment from the student.
  • In the event a student decides to drop out, instructors are to report to Happy Fish regarding the matter immediately, if not, as soon as possible.
  • When students request to drop out, you will be compensated at the following rates accordingly:

 

Private Swimming Lessons

  • If student stops within first 4 lessons, you’ll be compensated with 75% of the number of lessons that you had conducted.
  • 50% of the first month lesson fee if the student withdraws permanently between the 5th to 8th lessons.
  • No compensation will be given if the student withdraws after their 8th lesson.
  • No compensation if the student withdraws from the lesson due to instructor’s behaviour. (Example: Sexual harassment, constantly late for lesson, instructor gave up on lesson and etc.)
  • Compensation is only applicable when the whole group (if more than 1 learner in the group) discontinues the lesson.

Group Swimming Lessons

  • If the student stops within first 4 lessons, you’ll be compensated with 50% of the number of lessons that you had conducted
  • No compensation will be given if the student withdraws after their 4th lesson. – No compensation if student withdraws from the lesson due to instructor’s behaviour. (Example: Sexual harassment, constantly late for lesson, instructor gave up and etc.) * Please note that we aim to complete the compensation in 14 days once you have informed us the student has withdrawn from the class.

Please note that the compensation period will take 14 days from the date of Happy Fish receive your notice or student’s last lesson whichever is later.

 

Here’s a few things for you to take note.

  • Should you need to stop the class temporarily due to holidays or any other reasons, kindly notify us and your students at least a week in advance.
  • Kindly stick to the timing stated in the confirmation SMS unless the student would like to make changes. Do not change class timing without informing the school.
  • If you change your contact details, kindly update us and your students immediately to avoid any miscommunication.
  • Should there be any student postponed lessons very frequently, you should remind them that lesson may be forfeited if they did not complete 4 lessons in a month. It is always good to remind the student first instead of forfeiting their lesson without chances.
