FAQ for Adult Swimming Lessons
If I'm not able to attend a particular lesson, will there be any make up?
It depends on whether you are going for group or a private swimming lessons. There will be no make up for group class. As for private class, you are required to inform your instructor at least ONE day before the lesson should you wish to postpone your lesson. ALL students are required to complete 4 lessons in a month.
What do I need to bring for my swimming lessons?
You are required to have your own swim gear and goggles for the first lesson. Your swimming instructor may advise you further after the first lesson.
How many students are there in a group class?
Class size may vary according to the Instructor’s preferences. The class will normally be kept at 8 to 10 students.
Are your swimming instructors certified and proficient in handling adults?
Our swimming instructors conducting Adult Swimming Lessons are fully qualified with the relevant certifications from the Singapore Sports Council and Singapore Swimming Teachers’ Association. They are trained and experienced in conducting swimming lessons for adults.
Is there any trial class available?
Interested registrants are welcomed to register for a month before deciding on a package. You may refer to the Adult Swimming Lessons Page to find out more. We are sorry that we do not offer single trial class at the moment.
I am Asthmatic. Am I suitable for swimming?
We highly recommend a doctor’s opinion to be sought first as there are varying degrees of Asthma.
