Hours
Emails are read daily and answered by a person on our team. Lessons happen whenever each coach is available, commonly between 7 am and 9 pm, where your pool allows.
Before you write
- Want to reschedule or cancel a lesson? Do it in your account; it is instant and follows the 24-hour rule automatically.
- Wondering about price? Each coach's price is on their profile; the pricing page explains how it works. There is no booking fee.
- Something went wrong at a lesson? Use the confirmation email for that lesson and choose "Something was wrong"; that holds the coach's payment while a person reviews it.
- Baby under 3? Please read our advice first; it will save you an email.
- Special needs? The special needs page explains how to choose a coach and what to put in the notes.

Business details
Swimming Lessons Singapore is operated by the team behind Happy Fish Swim School, our sister swim school. Coaches listed on the site are independent. We are an online service: coaches travel to you, and there is no customer-facing office to visit.
